Thank you for shopping at grandwork.tools. We're committed to getting your tools to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more to delivery addresses within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Standard Items

For in-stock, pre-assembled items, we typically process and ship orders within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Orders containing custom or made-to-order items (such as any order including a Custom Keybed) generally ship within 5 business days (one week) of order confirmation, as these items are assembled specifically for your order.

Delays & Notifications

If additional time is needed due to back-ordered parts, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal and state holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) and to most countries around the world.

International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping: For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, we may use extended shipping methods to help reduce shipping costs. This may result in longer delivery times than our standard contiguous U.S. shipping. Additionally, not all products are available for international shipping due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

International Customers: Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@grandwork.tools.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage (both packaging, the product, and the shipping label). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown

We will investigate lost shipments with the carrier, but we are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier if a package shows as delivered but was not received.

Liability Limitations

grandwork.tools is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs delays, duties, or taxes (for any future international shipping)
  • Delivery attempts made when the recipient is unavailable

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If the exterior packaging shows significant damage, you may refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier before signing. This can help facilitate claims for damaged goods.
