Use the RS Starter Bundle to achieve accurate regulations on your bench
The RS Starter Bundle includes our most powerful and versatile tools to enable you to accurately regulate a grand piano action on your workbench. It's a great approach to:
- Access a completely functional bench-regulation system at moderate cost.
- Start with the essential elements of a larger Regulation Station and build it out over time.
- Do "hybrid" regulations (part in the piano, part at the bench).
For example, some technicians would regulate key level and dip in the piano and then bring the action to the bench to complete the regulation using the RS Starter Bundle. If you want to do the whole regulation at the bench, then you use the glide bolts to replicate key dip samples at the bench before you start.

The RS Deluxe Bundle adds a Custom Keybed and upgrades to a comprehensive set of regulation tools
The RS Deluxe Bundle includes a Custom Keybed Deluxe, which lets you replicate key dip samples on the bench using adjustable-height platforms and doesn't make you change the glide bolts. It also includes a comprehensive set of our top-line regulation tools. Select this bundle to:
- Access the complete Grandwork regulation system for substantially less than full cost.
- Save on shop space.
The Custom Keybed Deluxe includes all of the table surface features of the Custom Keybed Full Monte, but rather than being set up on its own base, it is attached to a sheet of MDF and set on your workbench. This is a substantially less expensive option, and it can also be a benefit if your shop is tight on space, since the Custom Keybed Deluxe can be easily moved off of you workbench and hung on a wall when not in use.

The RS Full Monte Bundle additionally includes an electric base and hammer-hanging tools
The RS Full Monte Bundle includes a Custom Keybed Deluxe, which features an adjustable-height, electric base on nice German casters. It also comes with our tool, work, and action parts trays. Finally, our hammer filing, hammer hanging, and weighoff tools are also included.
