This Automatic Center Punch will permanently record strike heights in a Grandwork String Height Gauge. Secure the measurement with the gauge's thumb screw, lay the gauge on its back, and apply pressure vertically until the internal ratchet lets go and the spring-loaded punch dimples the aluminum plunger.
